Drew Daum
With over a decade of experience leading teams and running companies in high-pressure environments, I understand the weight of leadership and the cost of a high drive to perform. I work with individuals, couples, and creatives navigating career transitions, relationship struggles, and questions of faith or purpose, helping them find clarity and connection in the midst of life’s complexities.
In my therapeutic work, I draw from a wide range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and psychodynamic insights. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore both external demands and their inner worlds, gaining clarity on patterns that may hold them back. For those open to it, I incorporate intuitive practices, including dream work and meditative states, and offer expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy as a tool for accessing deeper self-awareness.
As a trained theologian, I’m comfortable working with individuals from any spiritual background, integrating faith and spirituality into therapy when desired. My approach balances challenge with support, helping clients move past obstacles, cultivate mindfulness, and align their lives with their values and purpose. Whether you’re striving to thrive under pressure, heal relationships, or navigate life’s transitions, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me running through the city, exploring new neighborhoods, or buzzing on kava. I love traveling—not just for the novelty, but for the perspective it brings. There’s something about stepping into the unfamiliar, in any realm, that keeps life interesting.
I’m always learning, forever a student, with the belief that one cannot lead where one has not been. Outside of work, I’m all about a good mix of intensity and fun. I love standup comedy, a great psychological thriller, and a chill float tank, hosting friends for a Conscious Dinner, and having real talks over a good cigar.
At the end of the day, I believe in living with curiosity, connection, and a sense of purpose—always growing and making the most of the limited time we’ve got.

What you can expect
I work best with professionals, couples, and individuals navigating major life transitions, creatives looking to reconnect with their playful side, or anyone eager to understand themselves on a deeper level. Whether you’re facing challenges in your career or relationships, exploring your identity, or simply curious about self-growth, therapy with me is for those ready to work both in and outside sessions.
The process can be challenging—asking you to face uncomfortable truths and reflect honestly—but it’s also empowering and transformative. I balance tough conversations with encouragement, self-compassion, and even moments of lightheartedness to help you move forward.
We’ll explore patterns in your relationships, connect with your body through breathwork, and use tools like mindfulness and reflection to help you gain clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
