Drew Daum

With over a decade of experience leading teams and running companies in high-pressure environments, I understand the weight of leadership and the cost of a high drive to perform. I work with individuals, couples, and creatives navigating career transitions, relationship struggles, and questions of faith or purpose, helping them find clarity and connection in the midst of life’s complexities.

In my therapeutic work, I draw from a wide range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Spiritual Direction. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore both external demands and their inner worlds, gaining clarity on patterns that may hold them back.

As a trained theologian, I’m comfortable working with individuals from any spiritual background, integrating faith and spirituality into therapy when desired. My approach balances challenge with support, helping clients move past obstacles, cultivate mindfulness, and align their lives with their values and purpose. Whether you’re striving to thrive under pressure, heal relationships, or navigate life’s transitions, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Email me at drew@as-one-wellness.com for a free 15-min consultation.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me walking trails with friends, enjoying a shell of kava, or diving into a good book that challenges and inspires me. I love to travel—not just for the adventure, but for the way it opens my heart to new perspectives and deepens my appreciation for God’s handiwork in every culture and place.

I believe that we are all lifelong learners, growing in wisdom and grace with each season of life. Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in meaningful conversations, uplifting stories, and moments of quiet reflection. Whether it’s sharing laughter with friends, enjoying a beautiful piece of music, or simply watching the sunrise, I cherish the simple yet profound ways life reminds us of what truly matters.

At the heart of it all, I believe in the power of faith, connection, and purpose—walking this journey with curiosity and kindness.

What you can expect

I work best with professionals, couples, and individuals navigating major life transitions, creatives looking to reconnect with their playful side, or anyone eager to understand themselves on a deeper level. Whether you’re facing challenges in your career or relationships, exploring your identity, or simply curious about self-growth, therapy with me is for those ready to work both in and outside sessions.

The process can be challenging—asking you to face uncomfortable truths and reflect honestly—but it’s also empowering and transformative. I balance tough conversations with encouragement, self-compassion, and even moments of lightheartedness to help you move forward.

We’ll explore patterns in your relationships, connect with your body through breathwork, and use tools like mindfulness and reflection to help you gain clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
